You’ll see the new Text Layer above the Shape or Image Layer in the Layers Panel. You want the edges of your text’s first and last letter to match the shape’s edges as closely as possible. You can resize the text by holding Control (Win) or Command (Mac) while clicking and dragging the toggles around the text box.
